Turnaround Time
The total turnaround time is one week. For example, if our clients send cases to us on Monday, they will receive the same cases the next Monday.
Warranty Policy
All products come with two years warranty. All the material we use are certified, and tested by different certifying bodies from trusted suppliers. Please contact us for more information if needed.
Shipping Policy
Typically our clients pay for incoming cases when sending the cases to us, and we cover all the return shipping for the cases we send back to the clients.
